Embodied Elements is a movement program designed to inspire a deeper connection to the Elements around us. This ability to tap more deeply into the natural power of the physical elements enables us to call our own power forth and learn to work with elemental magick in an embodied and powerful way.
We kick off this series with AIR, a 4 week program that guides you through the properties and associations of Air and explores new ways to work with that energy both in Magick and Movement each week.
