This class is for the high level beginners / intermediate pole dancers looking to focus on upright aerial tricks on the pole, descending inverts and laybacks, and the prep work for basic invert from ground. Due to scheduling wonkiness, Angel will be teaching the first two weeks, and Brooke will carry the torch through the last two weeks.

6:00-7:15pm Basework Baddies

This three week session is all about that base work! Expect shoulderstands, headstands, and handstand prepwork. Utilize both the pole and the floor as separate apparatuses to create unique flows and shapes at the bottom third of the pole. No climbing required! Best suited for students who have taken at least a few months of classes.

This three week session is for the h0es that love spin pole! Ditch the traditional aspects of spin pole and instead learn how to use the spin to your slvttiest advantage. Love skrippa style? This class has similar vibes. Open to all levels. Heels optional.

Recommended for intermediate dancers, this class is all about striking the balance between technical heelwork and fluid pole flow. Learn to use your heels as a separate apparatus as we explore gliding, slicing, sickling, clacking, and more!

Do you want more opportunity to explore freedance in a creatively guided enviroment? Come experiment in the freedance lab, where we’ll use prompts, props, and everything in between to tap into creative flow states and buid our capacity for feel-good freedancing.

For the shameless and the slvtty! This class is all about old school club style dancing that focuses more on seduction through movement and commanding a room through simple, sensuous movement. Prepare for ridiculously raunchy cues, Skrippa and SW positivity, and to leave absolutely fcking feeling yourself. Taught by a (retired) skrippa.
