This 12 week immersive program changes the ENTIRE GAME when it comes to invert training. Learn to clarify your mental inverts to self organize for better performance, understand the biomechanics of back-body activation, learn to use opposition and leverage to create more ease in inverts, train safe dismounts FIRST so you're better prepared to trust the ability to spend time at the top, and explore TONS of solution-oriented, non-shamey, and super accessible approaches to inverting! Led by one of the few Invert Ready Certified coaches IN THE WORLD - this class is WORTH the hype.

For the shameless and the slvtty! This class is all about old school club style dancing that focuses more on seduction through movement and commanding a room through simple, sensuous movement. Prepare for ridiculously raunchy cues, Skrippa and SW positivity, and to leave absolutely fcking feeling yourself. Taught by a (retired) skrippa.
