Weekend Intensives are a great way to explore creative movement with themed and intentional programming. Currently, all weekend intensives listed will take place at The Movement Suite, located at 2450 Delhi Commerce Drive, Suite 1B in Holt, Michigan.

Workshop Descriptions:
DRIP - A slow and sensual static pole flow class in which we drip slowly like honey through a short pole flow open to all levels.
FLOAT - Ethereal heel play on a spinning pole, this class is part technical and part flow. Open to all levels, but a bit of spin pole experience is helpful. Lots of heel tech detail provided!
FILTH - An overtly sexual pole flow and freedance class. Not for the pearl clutchers.
CONNECT - An off pole freedance class rooted in embodied movement that encourages deeper connection to yourself, your music, and your movement.
FLOORED- Slutty, swoopy floorwork that works in heels or socks, on hard floors or carpet, and is designed to take up a small amount of space for folks with limited space for movement at home!
GRIND - A chair class for the hoes! More of sensual / slutty chair ‘choreography’ with a hint of lap dance tips/suggestions a long the way. You will need a sturdy chair, preferably fold up for this one.
