Weekend Intensives are a great way to explore creative movement with themed and intentional programming. Currently, all weekend intensives listed will take place at The Movement Suite, located at 2450 Delhi Commerce Drive, Suite 1B in Holt, Michigan.
LOVERGIRL INTENSIVE, February 20th-22nd, 2026
A lover letter to the recovering hyper-independent bad biitches learning to embrace their soft girl era. For the dancer who wants to reconnect to a simple appreciation for their own body through movement that feels nourishing, sensual, delicious.

Lovergirls can expect to be pampered with self-care goodie baskets, decadent treats and goodies catered in, five ooey-gooey, soft and sensual movement workshops, and an exclusive performance opportunity to wrap it all up.
All genders and skill levels welcome, soft lovergirl vibes are for everyone.​
