Weekend Intensives are a great way to explore creative movement with themed and intentional programming. Currently, all weekend intensives listed will take place at The Movement Suite, located at 2450 Delhi Commerce Drive, Suite 1B in Holt, Michigan.

Welcome back to our second annual High Value Hoe Intensive! This is for the baddies who love old school slutty pole dance. For the high value hoes that deserve to be spoiled through a weekend of movement and revelry. All genders and skill levels welcome, expect to get pampered and get wild with a group of fellow hoe-enthusiasts!

Y’all, I am just tickled as all hell to announce my brand new weekend intensive concept — THE SILLY GOOSE INTENSIVE. Now, more than ever - I believe joyful movement is absolutely necessary to our wellbeing, and I believe establishing connection to others through play and creative movement is a revolutionary and important act of resistance.
Let’s drop perfectionism, the need for progress, and the rigidity around what is ‘acceptable’ or mature behavior for adults and just be silly and joyful as hell together.
